Once we begin working on your order, the advance payment made to initiate the project cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This covers the time, materials, and resources already allocated to your order.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to reasons entirely on our end (e.g. inability to fulfil the service), you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. We will process such refunds promptly.
Delays arising from the customer's failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely information — such as design requirements, content, or approvals — do not qualify for a refund or compensation.
Once a digital product (such as a soft-copy file, PDF, or printable design) has been delivered, it is non-refundable. Please review all requirements carefully before placing your order.
