Order Confirmation & Payment

All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified at the time of placing the order.
Full payment (or the agreed remaining balance) must be completed before final delivery of any physical or digital product.
We reserve the right to cancel or pause an order if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation and are subject to the complexity of the work.
Timelines begin only after we have received all required information, assets, and approvals from the customer.
Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of information by the customer will not be counted against our delivery commitment.

No Cancellation or Refund After Work Starts

Once work has commenced on your order, cancellations are not accepted.
No refund will be issued for orders cancelled mid-process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as early as possible — changes may not be accommodated after a certain stage of completion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to fulfil the order.
Any errors in the final product arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer are not our liability.
Customers must review and approve design proofs or samples (where applicable) before we proceed to final production.

Intellectual Property & Usage

All original designs, artwork, and content created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, the customer is granted a non-exclusive right to use the delivered product for the stated personal or academic purpose.
Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our work without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
